I’m Nivia Costa, a certified massage therapist with over 10 years of experience in therapeutic and holistic care. My mission is to help each person reconnect with their body, relieve pain, and restore balance through healing touch.
My journey in health began in 2006 as a certified nurse assistant. Over the years, I expanded my training in massage therapy, esthetics, and polarity, and became licensed in 2016. I also completed lymphatic massage programs in Boston and Atlanta.
After years of working in wellness centers, I founded Hands of Light Healing Center, a place dedicated to therapeutic healing and personalized care.
Today, I combine experience and empathy to support my clients’ well-being with techniques like Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage, and hot stone therapy. Each session is a unique moment of renewal.
